Terms of Use

Last updated: July 28, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HoagieMoto.com, including any content, products, services, and features available through the website.

By visiting HoagieMoto.com, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

Throughout these terms, “HoagieMoto,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HoagieMoto. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this website or place an order.

By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into these terms.

2. Website Use

You may use HoagieMoto.com only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or customer information

  • Scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without written permission

  • Use false information when placing an order or contacting HoagieMoto

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

  • Use the website in a way that infringes upon the rights of HoagieMoto or another party

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for conduct that violates these terms.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Minor differences may exist between product photographs and the product received. Because many HoagieMoto products are 3D printed, normal characteristics may include visible layer lines, seams, texture variations, or minor differences in color and surface finish. These characteristics do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

We may correct errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Fitment and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, model-year information, compatibility notes, installation instructions, and warnings before purchasing or using a product.

Vehicle manufacturers may make production changes within the same model year. Aftermarket parts, prior modifications, and regional differences may also affect fitment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, HoagieMoto does not guarantee compatibility with modified vehicles or components.

If you are uncertain about fitment, please contact HoagieMoto before ordering.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Incorrect product or pricing information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity

  • Product unavailability

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Suspected resale, misuse, or policy violations

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. HoagieMoto is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless expressly stated.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside HoagieMoto’s reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer as permitted by applicable law. Customers should promptly report packages that arrive damaged, contain an incorrect item, or appear to have been lost in transit.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.

8. Returns and Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by the Return & Warranty Policy published on HoagieMoto.com.

HoagieMoto products include a 30-day warranty against qualifying defects in materials or manufacturing. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, excessive heat, chemical exposure, use outside the product’s intended purpose, or normal cosmetic characteristics of 3D printing.

The Return & Warranty Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

9. Installation and Product Use

HoagieMoto products must be installed and used correctly, safely, and only for their intended purpose. Installation should be performed by a qualified person or professional technician whenever appropriate.

You are responsible for:

  • Confirming product compatibility before installation

  • Inspecting the product before each use

  • Following all installation instructions and warnings

  • Using appropriate tools, fasteners, adhesives, and torque specifications

  • Confirming that the product is secure and functioning correctly

  • Discontinuing use if the product becomes damaged, loose, deformed, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe

Do not use any product if you are uncertain about its condition, installation, fitment, or intended application.

You assume the risks associated with installing, modifying, operating, maintaining, or repairing a motorcycle, powersports vehicle, bicycle, machine, tool, or related equipment.

10. No Professional Advice

Information provided on HoagieMoto.com, including installation guidance, product descriptions, compatibility notes, photographs, videos, and customer-support communications, is provided for general informational purposes.

It is not a substitute for a manufacturer’s service manual, vehicle-specific instructions, professional mechanical advice, or inspection by a qualified technician.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, HoagieMoto.com and its contents are owned by or licensed to HoagieMoto. This includes product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, branding, text, descriptions, instructions, downloadable materials, and website content.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, republish, reverse engineer, scan, trace, create molds from, create derivative products from, or commercially exploit HoagieMoto products, designs, digital files, photographs, or website content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, intellectual property, digital model, or manufacturing rights.

HoagieMoto products may not be digitally scanned, duplicated, molded, reproduced, or used to manufacture competing or derivative products without express written authorization.

12. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

HoagieMoto names, logos, product names, and related branding may not be used without written permission.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You grant HoagieMoto a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, and share submitted content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove submitted content at our discretion.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

HoagieMoto.com may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, and other websites.

HoagieMoto does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express 30-day manufacturer’s defect warranty and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoagieMoto disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, available, or free from errors or harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoagieMoto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or a product.

This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of use, vehicle damage, equipment damage, towing expenses, downtime, labor charges, installation costs, personal property damage, or costs associated with replacement equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoagieMoto’s total liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid to HoagieMoto for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HoagieMoto and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the website or a product

  • Your violation of these terms

  • Your violation of another party’s rights

  • Your unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of HoagieMoto intellectual property

  • Your improper installation, modification, or use of a product

18. Privacy

Your use of HoagieMoto.com is also subject to the Privacy Policy published on the website. Please review that policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal proceeding arising from these terms, the website, or a purchase from HoagieMoto must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the website after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

21. Severability

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The affected provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law.
